Do not stray from the site assigned to you for performing contractual work. |

Strictly observe the agreed time schedules for specific tasks. |

Welding and cutting work outside permanently installed welding workplaces must not be performed without a special written permit. Always carry this permit on you while carrying out such work. |

Observe your own company's operating or assembly instructions, as applicable. |

Adhere to the traffic, circulation and and conduct rules enforced on our premises and comply with the relevant signage, e.g., |

Observe our in-house safety signs (mandatory, prohibitory or warning signs), which are generally applicable to yourself as well. |

|
9. |
Do not use equipment belonging to our company unless this has been specifically agreed upon. If such use has been agreed, make sure you have been duly instructed in handling such equipment beforehand. |

10. |
Never use lifting equipment and industrial trucks, especially forklifts, unless you hold a valid written operating permit (crane or truck operating license). |

11. |
Always use the Personal Protection Equipment prescribed for your work. This is particularly true for working at heights. Always use the appropriate access and fall protection equipment, harnesses, etc. |

|
|||
|
12. |
Where work at heights involves a risk of falling materials, tools or other objects, make sure that the affected working and circulation areas below are duly fenced off. |
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
13. |
Ensure that no water-hazardous substances (fluids) used in your work can get into waste water drains or into the soil. |

|
|
|||
|
14. |
Find out where fire extinguishers, first-aid facilities and escape routes / emergency exits are located. |

|||
|
15. |
When in doubt about safe working practices or other issues, please contact your supervisor or the Coordinator. |

If you should attain knowledge to business-courses, production-procedures and plant, that can be classified as business-secrets, during your work, we want you to treat these knowledge absolutely confidentially. |
