Mounted points are small shaped abrasive tools fitted on a steel shank or provided with female thread. PFERD mounted points are resinoid or vitrified-bonded depending on their application purpose. Mounted points suitable for specific applications are manufactured in a wide range of grain types, grit sizes and hardness levels. Our line-up comprises mounted grinding points, dressing tools, abrasive wheels with threaded bushing and custom products made to order, e.g., mounted points with special shanks.
